Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services and subsidiary of Serco Group plc, appointed Pamela Drew to the Board of its U.S. business in 2018. The B2B Project connected the Serco Chairman to Dr. Drew.
Dr. Drew has a distinguished 30-year career that includes top-level executive positions with defense and aerospace companies that includes successfully leading businesses of large scale and complexity at Northrup Grumman, Exelis, TASC, and Boeing. She has managed businesses of $3B in annual revenue and with over 8,000 employees. In addition, she has led and implemented strategies to address engineering technical services. After earning her B.A. in Mathematics, M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado (Boulder) where she was recognized in 2004 with the Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award, and in 2015 with the George Norlin “Outstanding Alumni” Award, her career began in Boeing's PhantomWorks division.
Pam Drew is a highly accomplished and respected business leader, and we are so pleased she has joined our board of directors. Her dynamic track record . . . will be a great asset for Serco. The B2B Project has been instrumental in Dr. Drew’s transition from 30+ year aerospace/defense executive to corporate director. The B2B Project connects board-ready women to corporations where their skills and abilities align to strategy, thereby leveraging board diversity as a competitive advantage. Dr. Drew is Co-Chair of the B2B Project Foundation.
A founding Member, Dr. Drew credits The B2B Project with her first board appointment to Serco Inc. Her work there positioned her for appointments to the other two boards. Since 2018, Dr. Drew has been appointed to the corporate Boards of Directors for Ultra Electronics and QinetiQ Inc. In addition, Dr. Drew is next in line to become Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the United States Air Force Museum Foundation. She serves as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the United States Air Force Museum Foundation, a member of the Board of the Directors of the University of Washington Applied Physics Lab, a member of the University of Colorado (Boulder) Strategic Advisory Board, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at John Hopkins Carey Business School.

David (Dave) J. Dacquino serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Serco Inc., a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to every branch of the U.S. military, numerous U.S. federal civilian agencies, the intelligence community, the Government of Canada, state and local governments, and commercial clients.
Dave oversees the $1.4 billion business with approximately 8,000 employees providing support in three key market sectors - Defense, Citizen Services, and Transportation. Dave brings to Serco more than 30 years of experience in the defense, aeronautics and technical services industry.
In his previous role at Serco, Dave served as Senior Vice President of the Defense Services business unit and oversaw the Company's work in the areas of ship and shore/base modernization, hardware integration, acquisition and program management, logistics support, and personnel readiness.
