The B2B Project is a professional society that unites public and private corporations and senior executive women who serve or plan to serve on corporate Boards in integrating diversity of thought, perspective and experience into high performing boards.
Funding for The B2B Project, a 501(c)(6) organization, is provided through Member dues, corporate sponsorship, and project and event fees. Charitable contributions made through The B2B Project Foundation, a 501(c)(3) supporting organization, are dedicated to supporting educational programs like the Daring Conversation Series and our peer-to-peer forums.

The B2B Project creates community and conversations for exceptional corporate executives to excel in board leadership. We gather our community for forum discussions of significant issues facing corporate boards and management.
In peer-to-peer forums, our Members listen, debate and learn from one another to become better board leaders making better decisions in boardrooms. Through our public forums, our discussions challenge corporate Boards of Directors to transcend from tactical compliance to strategic value-add by embracing sustainable diversity of thought, perspective and experience in boardroom collectives.

The B2B Projects invites operating executive women to come together on a regular basis to discuss topics and challenges facing Boards today. These curated peer-to-peer forum groups, diverse in membership and engaged in rich guided dialogue, foster safe environments for building trust and addressing complex issues. Members help each other arrive at their own solutions, and they create a culture of accountability to ensure successful implementation of their stated action items. Over time, during this repeated collaborative process, Members become better leaders in corporate Boardrooms.
While The B2B Project Members are women, our mission, approach and processes reflect our deeper consciousness across the broader landscape of diversity – that of thought, perspective and experiences – which every board should address.
Women still represent only 29% of corporate board seats (Moody’s report, March 2022).
The B2B Project helps Boards strategically construct and grow as collectives. We develop and employ best practice methodologies to foster boardroom diversity of thought, perspective and experience and align candidates’ capabilities and character to corporate strategy and culture. Through our consulting work, corporate Boards have access to:
An active pipeline of pre-vetted candidates who align to corporate competency matrices and bring diversity to the boardroom.
Collective Leadership programs to elevate Board performance from tactical compliance to strategic, value add.
Leadership programs to support excellence in Committee and Director performance.
